📄 Abstract

Plants are known as multicellular creatures. Photosynthesis is an important process used by plants to produce their own food for their sustainability. Plants play an important role in food chains as plants are eaten by many living organisms. Oxygen, which plays a major role in living, is produced by plants. By giving living things food and oxygen, plants are essential to the energy and environmental ecology. Research of the impact of nanoparticles in environmental sectors (particularly in agriculture) has become more important because of the growing use of nanoparticles in the last ten years, important. In this study, we showed how iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanoparticles are synthesized by self-combustion method and their morphological characteristics and particles size. Furthermore, this study also focuses on how ingested iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanoparticles were absorbed by spinach and investigated how this affected the plant's growth and productivity. The results of experiments on plant development (stem and root length) showed that the uptake of Fe2O3 led to a dose- and time-dependent increase. Bacterial count analysis was done for Total Plate Count (Nutrient Agar), Yeast and Mold Count (YGCA), and Coliform count (MCA) was done for the Nano-fertilizers isolated from banana peels and orange peels. Antioxidant analysis was also done for the Nano-fertilizers by analyzing the DPPH (a, a-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl) activity of the Nano-fertilizers. Iron, Nitrogen, Potassium and Phosphorus content was analyzed for spinach grown on soil containing Nano-fertilizers and comparative study was done with the spinach grown on normal soil.
