📄 Abstract
HR Analytics is an information-technology based HR practice that includes descriptive, visual and statistical analysis and uses to understand and measure business impact and make data-driven decisions. The study has adopted a conceptual and integrative research design based on a systematic review and synthesis of relevant theoretical and empirical literature on HR Analytics adoption. The study has examined five established theoretical perspectives: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Diffusion of Innovations (DOI), and Technology–Organisation–Environment (TOE) framework. The theoretical basis of the study sees HR analytics adoption as a multi-dimensional phenomenon that encompasses individual cognition and behavior‚ organizational and social support‚ innovation characteristics and broader technological and environmental conditions.
