Insulin resistance is a complex metabolic condition associated with Type 2 diabetes and numerous chronic diseases. This research paper presents a comprehensive multidisciplinary framework that integrates ancient Indian perspectives—including Ayurveda, philosophy, and mathematics—with modern scientific methods such as systems biology, data analytics, and control theory. By aligning historical wisdom with contemporary tools, we offer an integrative approach to understanding the etiology, pathophysiology, and management of insulin resistance.
