📄 Abstract
Long-term effects of anger that is too readily or frequently mobilized include relationship breakdown and physical health impairment. Angers prolonged production of stress hormones can damage immune system function and neurons in the parts of the brain that control judgment and short-term memory. Learning how to recognize and manage this strong emotion can promote growth and transformation in people, whether they experience occasional or chronic outbursts of anger. This paper focuses on the definition, and understanding of anger, external and internal triggers of anger, anger management therapies, and the best therapy for anger. This study looks into the importance of anger management, anger management strategies, and the benefits of anger management therapy.
