📄 Abstract
The article provides a comparative analysis of proverbs on the gender nature of femininity in the German and Uzbek languages. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that for the first time in the work proverbs in the German and Uzbek languages are systematized on the basis of a comparative classification by gender. The features of the transmission of the gender character of femininity in German and Uzbek paremias are shown, their similarities and differences are revealed.
