📄 Abstract
The hospitality industry is undergoing rapid transformation driven by digital technologies and increasing sustainability expectations. This study develops a conceptual framework to examine the relationship between digital transformation, organizational agility, and sustainability in hotels. Adopting a qualitative conceptual research design based on theory synthesis and literature review, the study integrates insights from hospitality management, strategic management, digital innovation, and sustainability literature. The findings suggest that digital transformation enhances organizational agility through improved responsiveness, flexibility, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Organizational agility subsequently enables hotels to implement sustainable practices more effectively by optimizing resource utilization, improving stakeholder engagement, and strengthening environmental, social, and economic performance. The proposed framework highlights organizational agility as a critical mechanism linking digital transformation with sustainable hospitality development. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital sustainability and provides a foundation for future empirical investigations within the hospitality sector.
