📄 Abstract

This study examines the link between perceived sexual harassment and help-seeking behavior among female employees in diverse organizational settings. A mixed-methods approach was used, surveying 30 women across various industries. Quantitative analysis showed a correlation between perceived harassment and the likelihood of seeking help. Qualitative interviews revealed barriers to help-seeking, including fear of retaliation, stigma, and distrust in organizational support. These findings highlight the importance of mental health programs tailored to the needs of women facing harassment. Recommendations include developing interventions that foster safe reporting environments, improving supervisor training, and creating accessible mental health resources. Addressing these issues can enhance workplace well-being and promote a healthier, more supportive work culture for female employees.
