In an era where agility and innovation are paramount, empowering employees through delegation and providing them with the necessary resources is increasingly seen as a vital strategy for enhancing organizational performance. The study explores how the delegation of authority can influence decision-making processes, encouraging employees to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities. Furthermore, it examines the role of adequate resource provision in enabling employees to make informed and effective decisions. By analysing various organizational settings, the research aims to identify the key factors that contribute to successful delegation and resource allocation, and how these elements interact to promote a culture of initiative and proactive problem-solving among employees. The findings are intended to offer practical insights for leaders and managers seeking to optimize decision-making processes and foster a more empowered and engaged workforce, ultimately driving organizational growth and innovation. In this the researcher investigates the impact of delegated authority and resource provision on decision-making within organizations.
