📄 Abstract
Background ? Undernutrition ( Karshya ) is globally considered as a major health hazards in the developing countries of the world Under nutritional status is sensitive indicator of community health & nutrition . Under nutrition which is directly known as wasting ( low weight for height ) , stunting ( Low height for age ) , underweight ( Low weight for age ) . Materials and Methods - Thirty patients were taken for the study and all patients were taken in a single group Result and Discussion - During the entire duration of therapy, there was not any adverse/untoward effect or adverse drug reactions observed for the trial group. Conclusion ? The effect of the medicine , that is , Santarpana Mantha is more significant in the subjective and objective parameters The mechanism of action of this Mantha over this body is Saptadhatu Vardhaka with Vrishya . Hence the patient gets recovered gradually .
