📄 Abstract

In the contemporary world, artificial intelligence (AI) plays an important role in various activities pertaining to human resource management (HRM). It is instrumental in enhancing various human resource functions, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. However, the main objective of conducting this research is to shed more light on the significance of AI in the context of HRM. For the purpose of conducting the research, both primary and secondary data were used. Questionnaires were used as the primary data, whereas books and Internet materials were used as secondary data. From the findings of the research, it is clear that AI has the potential to reduce the workload of managers, improve the decision-making process, and boost efficiency in the context of human resource departments. However, certain challenges might arise in the future, such as the financial costs associated with AI and the lack of knowledge regarding AI.
