📄 Abstract
"Enhancing Hotel Management Through Digital Automation” is to design and develop a Property Management System (PMS) that will be available through the Internet and will serve as a platform to carry out various hotel management tasks, including room booking, customer check-in and check-out, customer reservation, checking the availability of the rooms, billing, and keeping track of customers' details. Manual management of hotels entails lots of paperwork and requires much time to do certain things, thus making the process vulnerable to human error. For this reason, the proposed system helps in automating some of these tasks by introducing a digital platform to make the management easier. It is important to emphasize that this system includes an easily accessible interface that can be used by hotel managers to handle various tasks more efficiently. In order to provide users with reliable performance and efficient processing, the application has been developed using modern web technologies. As a result, it becomes possible to reduce the time spent on doing certain administrative tasks and improve management decisions at hotels.For creating a convenient platform, modern web technologies have been used. Due to the ability of the software to maintain good records and provide the users with necessary information about the work at any moment, it will facilitate decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction by reducing waiting time while making a reservation or checking into the room. In addition, correct billing and other services will be ensured.
