📄 Abstract
This research explores the multifaceted realm of social media marketing, unraveling the intricacies of relationship building, customer intentions, and platform effectiveness. A series of hypotheses were formulated and rigorously examined through survey data analysis, employing statistical methods to discern patterns and draw meaningful conclusions. The first hypothesis delved into the positive impact of relationship-building strategies on customer perceptions of brand loyalty. Survey results demonstrated a significant correlation, emphasizingthepivotalrolethatstrongrelationshipsplayinshapingbrandloyaltyinthedigital age. Subsequent hypotheses investigated content preferences, social proof, brand trust, and credibility, shedding light on the nuanced factors influencing consumer decision-making in the realm of social media marketing. Focusing on the influence of positive relationships, the fourth hypothesis revealed a compelling association between relationship-building efforts and heightened customer intentions, such as brand advocacy and repeat purchases. The integrated model, combin ingrelationship-building strategies and an understanding of customer intentions, emerged as a powerful frame work for analyzing the effectiveness of social media marketing, as supported by statistical findings.
