📄 Abstract
This article analyzes the features of some toponyms(place names) according to their synatactic function as an attribute(determiner) in English. In particular, it has been observed that in English, toponyms can be all parts of speech, namely possessive, participial, complement, determiner, and case determiner. Also, toponyms can form prepositional and prepositional combinations and participate as determiners. Also, they are studied using examples.
