Pharmacists are uniquely positioned within the healthcare system to play a crucial role in managing chronic pain. This review explores the various roles pharmacists can undertake in chronic pain management, including medication management, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Additionally, the article discusses the challenges pharmacists face in this evolving field and the implications for future practice.
