📄 Abstract

<p>&ldquo;All human rights are universal, indivisible and interdependent and interrelated. The international community must treat human rights globally in a fair and equal manner, on the same footing, and with the same emphasis. This paper deals with contemporary issues in human rights with reference to issues undertaken by national human rights commission<strong>. </strong>It outlines the concept of human rights with reference to women human rights, minority rights and human rights in the private sphere. This paper makes a special note on human rights issues undertaken by National Human Rights Commission of India. This paper concludes with some interesting findings.</p> <p><strong>KEYWORDS:</strong> human rights, minority rights, economic co-operation</p>
