Labour compliance automation is rapidly gaining traction as organizations seek to streamline processes, enhance compliance, and capitalize on the benefits of technological advancements. This study explores the perceptions and expectations of professionals regarding the implementation of automation in labour compliance, with a specific focus on Diageo (USL). Organizations looking to adopt labour compliance automation should prioritize addressing these challenges while customizing solutions to meet their unique compliance requirements.
