Loyal customers repeatedly purchase products, recommend the company to others, and maintain a positive relationship with the organization. In todays highly competitive business environment, customer loyalty has become one of the most important factors for organizational growth and sustainability. Companies focus on delivering quality products, efficient services, customer satisfaction, and value-added solutions to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer loyalty helps organizations reduce marketing costs, increase profitability, and strengthen their market position. In the information technology and software development industry, customer loyalty is highly dependent on service quality, innovation, timely delivery, technical support, and customer engagement. A company that consistently meets customer expectations gains trust and long-term business relationships.
