📄 Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work culture, job stress, and career development on employee turnover intention at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Kramat Jati Branch Office. The study employs a quantitative research approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees at the branch office. The population and sample consisted of 64 employees, with a saturated sampling technique applied to ensure that all members of the population were included as research respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to assess the relationships between work culture, job stress, career development, and turnover intention. The results indicate that work culture, job stress, and career development each have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These findings suggest that workplace conditions, employees’ psychological responses to job demands, and perceptions of career development opportunities are important factors associated with employees’ intentions to leave the organization. The findings provide practical insights for organizational management, particularly in the banking sector, to better understand factors related to employee retention and turnover intention. Strengthening organizational practices related to work culture, managing job stress, and providing appropriate career development opportunities may serve as important considerations in managing employee turnover intention.
