Financial performance is one of the most important indicators used to evaluate the efficiency, profitability, and stability of an organization. It reflects how effectively a company utilizes its financial resources to generate revenue and profit. Financial performance analysis helps organizations understand their strengths and weaknesses and supports management in making strategic business decisions. In the modern business environment, companies must continuously monitor their financial performance to remain competitive and achieve sustainable growth. Financial performance is generally measured through various financial indicators such as profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and efficiency ratios.
