This article describes how the profit of the enterprise is interconnected with labor productivity, and the quality work of subordinates depends on stimulation and encouragement. A well-built motivation model in any enterprise, regardless of the field of activity, is one of the most effective ways to increase labor productivity, revenue and profit.
