📄 Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital talent acquisition and selection on employee quality and retention in organizations. With the growing use of technology in recruitment, companies are increasingly adopting tools such as online platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual interviews to improve their hiring processes. The main objective of this research is to understand how these digital methods influence the quality of employees hired and their long-term retention within the organization. The study is based on primary data collected from 150 respondents using a structured questionnaire and supported by secondary data from various research sources. The findings reveal that digital recruitment significantly improves hiring efficiency, reduces costs, and helps organizations select candidates who are better suited for the job. It also enhances employee satisfaction and reduces turnover, leading to better retention. The results of the study confirm a positive relationship between digital recruitment practices and employee outcomes. Overall, digital talent acquisition plays a crucial role in building a skilled and stable workforce.
