📄 Abstract
This study explores how fashion retail customer engagement and purchase intent are affected by AR and VR two types of Extended Reality (XR). Finding out whether and how features like virtual try-ons interactive retail spaces and immersive experiences can help fashion businesses and products is the main objective of the study. The study uses primary data collected from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire along with corroborating evidence from the literature. Statisticians used techniques such as regression mediation analysis correlation reliability analysis and descriptive statistics to find relationships between variables. Customer engagement appears to be impacted by system quality information quality and trialability but not compatibility.
