📄 Abstract
Warehouse management is an essential function in supply chain and logistics operations. It involves the efficient handling, storage, movement, and tracking of goods within a warehouse. Effective warehouse management ensures that products are stored safely, inventory is maintained accurately, and customer orders are delivered on time. In todays competitive business environment, organizations depend on warehouse management systems to improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Warehouse management includes activities such as receiving goods, inventory control, order picking, packaging, dispatching, and transportation coordination. The use of modern technologies like barcode systems, RFID, automated storage systems, and warehouse management software has significantly improved operational efficiency. Proper warehouse management helps organizations minimize wastage, optimize space utilization, and maintain smooth business operations.
